Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a dual battery in my car?

No. Mini and Roam plug straight into your car's standard 12V outlet. The included battery keeps things cold when the car's off — no installation, no sparky.

When will my order ship?

In stock. Dispatches from Pakenham, VIC within 3 business days. Free Australia-wide delivery.

Do I need ice?

No. These run on battery power, not ice — no soggy food, no warm drinks by midday, no ice runs.

What's the difference between the Mini and the Roam?

The Mini (10L) is built for solo use and tight spaces — think ute tray, tools, one person's day. The Roam (23L) is built for the family — beach, park, a full day out for a few people.

Can I charge it while I'm driving?

Yes — plug it into your car's 12V outlet and it charges the whole time you're driving, no dual battery needed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping Australia-wide on every order.

Is ROLi Outdoors an Australian business?

Yeah, a small family-run business in Victoria.
