Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be in resalable condition with all original accessories included. We cover return shipping (road freight) within Australia.

Faulty items

If your ROLi product arrives faulty or develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period, we'll repair, replace, or refund it — your choice, subject to the fault being assessed.

To lodge a claim, email info@rolioutdoors.com.au with:

• Your name
• Date of purchase
• Model
• Description of the issue
• A photo or video of the fault

We'll get back to you and sort return shipping once the claim's confirmed.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.

Batteries

ROLi batteries are lithium-ion and classified as dangerous goods for transport. Faulty batteries must not be posted back through regular mail — contact us first and we'll arrange the correct return method.
