The included 15.6Ah ROLi Battery has run the Roam up to 24 hours off-grid in real-world testing. Runtime varies with ambient temperature and how often the lid's opened — expect less in hot weather or heavy use. Add a spare ROLi Battery to extend it further.

Do I need a dual battery setup in my car?
No. The ROLi Roam runs straight off your standard 12V socket while you drive — and charges the built-in battery at the same time. On 240V at home, it charges the fridge and battery simultaneously too. No dual battery, no installation.

Anything I need to do before first use?
Two things. Stand the fridge upright for 6 hours before switching it on. And activate the ROLi Battery by charging it once with a USB-C PD charger (45–60W). Until you do, the fridge can't charge it.

Will it fit in my car?
It's 44.7cm wide, 31.0cm deep and 51.6cm high, which suits the boot of most small and mid-size SUVs, hatches and wagons, as well as ute trays. Leave 20cm around the vents so it can breathe.

Can I run it on solar?
Yes. Pair it with the ROLi Solar 100W panel to keep the battery topped up through the day.

What if something goes wrong?
